We offer our patrons a warranty against manufacturing defects* for a period of 15 days from the date of purchase.
The Leather products go through a mandatory quality control inspection to maintain the highest International standards. We use high quality fittings, zippers and linings. Our Leathers are sourced from REACH certified tanneries and factories around the world.
Should you find yourself not completely satisfied with your purchase from jmleathers.com, you can return the product to us in exchange for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You may arrange to return the product to our warehouse.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If in case a replacement is not available we will arrange a full refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
